(Part 2) Healing trauma with internal family systems, hypnotherapy and somatic experiencing
Do you struggle with trauma? How have you tried to heal? Has it worked? This week, on The Cope and Chill Podcast, we will talk about three alternative approaches to healing trauma. As you may know from your own experience, or from someone you know, not every approach works for everyone. Sometimes, an alternative approach is the best way to go for some people. In this episode, my guest, Embodiment Coach and Hypnotherapist, Stacia Aashna, talks how about she helps her clients work through and heal their traumas through something called “Internal Family Systems” or IFS, hypnotherapy (hypnosis) and somatic experiencing.
